The Imaging Gauge™ system was developed to simplify and standardize the assessment of camera systems. It combines two primary image quality metrics into one target: color accuracy and resolution. Software was designed with industry-accepted algorithms including the CIELab ΔE method for color accuracy and the slanted-edge ISO 12233 for resolution. These algorithms are incorporated into a software package that is intuitive, easy to use and flexible. The system was designed to be used for research or for deployment outside of a laboratory environment.
